As Cost Controller you report into the Manager Cost Control and you join our Benelux Controlling team. Your primary focus will be on cost and productivity evolution of our company.

Our Cost Controlling team consists of 4 enthusiastic and diverse colleagues who actively support and  challenge our business partners. Based on facts and figures, you perform regular updates and sharp analytics. Exchanges and reporting to Allianz Group will be part of the function.

Main tasks of the function


  • Cost budgeting and allocation;
  • Single point of contact for selected business domains. You will be responsible for sharing, analysing, challenging of monthly cost progress and productivity improvements with senior management of our company.
  • Maintenance and exploitation of the cost database / datamodel – including maintenance of cubes, cost reporting  hierarchies and rules;
  • Cost benchmarking;
  • Dashboard development. Application of new technologies is highly valued to improve efficiency & effectiveness;
  • Initiate advanced automation with our department, targeting simple visualisations of complex questionnaires;
  • Ad hoc cost management support;
  • Project participation with application of the agile methodology.


This is you: 


  •          Graduate Bachelor or Master in Economics.
  •          At least 3 year experience in Business Control or Data Analytics;     
  •          Understands complex (data)models. We use Jedox software 
  •          Result driven;
  •          Build relations with strong communication skills;
  •          Analytical and precise;
  •          Flexible, capable of managing stress and deadlines;
  •          Team player;
  •          Fluent English;
  •          Drive to learn and knowledge expansion
