Business Intelligence Specialist

As a Business Intelligence Specialist you will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Maintaining our Data Warehouse and adding new sources to it
  • Assisting in the migration of our Data Warehouse to a new platform
  • Implementing and enhancing dashboards and BI tools to support risk analysis and portfolio management
  • Supporting the Pricing team by assisting in data preparation tasks for their statistical and predictive models. You will be a part of the Pricing team and directly cooperate with the users of your BI solutions on a daily basis

Key requirements for this role:

  • A bachelor or university degree in a relevant field such as computer- or information science
  • At least 3 years of working experience as a BI/DWH developer
  • Practical experience developing data flows (ETL/ELT) and writing shell scripts
  • Ability to work and make decisions independently
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Knowledge of Oracle, Snowflake, Wherescape, MicroStrategy, Powershell and PowerBI are a plus
  • You are a team player
