Business Continuity & Crisis Management Officer

The position:
You will be responsible for the program definition, implementation, monitoring, testing, training and maintenance to ensure enterprise resilience, regulatory compliance and continuity of core business in case of major disaster. You will collaborate with all departments taking a risk-based approach to ensure we maintain efficient and effective plans and solutions.

Your responsibilities:
BCM
- Established an evaluation process to determine continuity priorities, business objectives and targets (Business Impact Analysis)
- Put a formal process for risk assessment in place and be compliant to the requirements defined by Group Risk for the Integrated Risk and Control System (Risk Impact Analysis)
- Determine and develop appropriate BCM response strategies (BCM response strategies)
- Put formal procedures (response plans) for disruption of business critical processes in place and updated the plans regularly (response planning)
- Define a formal concept for testing the response plans and ensure their effectiveness (exercise and testing)
- Ensure that every person involved in the BCM process is competent on the basis of appropriate education, training and experience (training and awareness)

Crisis Management
- Identify and select crisis scenarios in accordance with our OE risk exposure
- Define and document the internal rules of procedures (responsibilities, authorizations, involvement and escalation) of the Crisis Unit
- Put practical execution guidelines (response plans) for responding to a crisis in place and update the plans annually
- Define and execute the multiyear concept for exercising and testing of the response plan with the Crisis Unit

Requirements:
• University Degree
• Minor or specialism in Security, Continuity and/or Crisis Management
• ITIL certified
• Multiyear and profound experience in BCM and Crisis Management
• Experience in the financial sector
